These terms apply to the SkinPilot instance you are using and to every account created on it.
1.Acceptance
By creating an account or using SkinPilot you agree to these terms. If you use SkinPilot on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2.The service
SkinPilot is an automation tool for trading in-game items. It connects to your Steam accounts and to third-party marketplaces on your instruction and executes the plans you configure. SkinPilot is not a marketplace, broker, exchange or financial adviser, and it does not hold your items or funds on those platforms.
3.Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use the connected platforms. Keep your password and two-factor device safe; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Two-factor authentication is required for sensitive features such as connecting Steam accounts or marketplace keys.
4.Third-party platforms
Steam, marketplaces, blockchain networks and AI providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. You are responsible for complying with them, including their rate limits and automation rules. SkinPilot cannot guarantee their availability, prices or behaviour.
5.Trading risk
Item prices are volatile and armed plans execute without further confirmation. You alone decide which plans to arm and which limits to set. Risk controls are provided as a convenience, not a guarantee; the operator is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, fees or restrictions imposed by connected platforms.
6.Payments and tiers
Paid tiers are debited monthly from a prepaid balance funded by cryptocurrency deposits. Deposits are credited after network confirmations at the recorded exchange rate and are non-refundable except where required by law. Tier limits and prices are shown in the billing section and may change with prior notice.
7.Acceptable use
Do not use SkinPilot to violate the rules of any connected platform, to launder funds, to trade stolen or fraudulently obtained items, or to interfere with the service or other users. Accounts that create legal, security or operational risk may be suspended.
8.Termination and changes
You can close your account at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or where required by law. These terms may be updated; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
9.Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
